(A) The Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2013 will be held at the following centres :

The Civil Services Preliminary Exam centres and the date of holding the Civil Services Preliminary Examination as mentioned above are liable to be changed at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission.
Applicants should note that there will be a ceiling on the number of candidates allotted to each of the Centres, except Chennai, Delhi, Dispur, Kolkata and Nagpur. Allotment of Centres will be on the “first-apply-first allot” basis, and once the capacity of a particular Centre is attained, the same will be frozen. Applicants, who cannot get a Centre of their choice due to ceiling, will be required to choose a Centre from the remaining ones. Applicants are, thus, advised that they may apply early so that they could get a Centre of their choice.
NB : Notwithstanding the aforesaid provision, Commission reserve the right to change the Centres at their discretion if the situation demands.
Blind candidates will, however, be required to take the Civil Services Preliminary Examination at anyone of the seven centres, viz. Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Dispur and Mumbai.
Candidates admitted to the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2013 will be informed of the time table and place or places of examination. The candidates should note that no request for change of Civil Services Preliminary Exam centre will be granted.

Good morning Sir, i have applied for the UPSC exams in the online mode. i have my application details regarding the registration. But the thing i haven’t recieved the hall ticket or any other notification regarding the exams till now. wht should i do now ? Or can i call the helpline number,..?
i will be in my final year of my B>E> in session 2013-14…so am i eligible for civil services examinations in 2014? please help me out on this…
