9. Some Information about Examination and Interview:
(i) Date and centre for examination will be intimated to the candidates by means of their admission certificate.
(ii) Only such candidates will be called for interview who are declared successful on the basis of the examination.
(iii) Candidate will have to fillup the prescribed application form before the interview (viva-voce test)
(iv) All original certificate shall be checked at the time of interview. Candidates will also be required to furnish four passport size photograph, two-attested by their Head of Department or Head of the last institution where they received education or by a Gazetted Officer at the time of interview and two plain photographs.
(v) Candidates serving under the Central of State Government will have to produce "No objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview.
(vi) Preferences for department wise posts will be asked at the time of interview which will be treated final and no change, therein, will be admitted later.
(vii) The marks obtained in the interview will be added to the marks obtained in the written paper and candidates, place will depend on the aggregate of both. So the candidates who qualify in the written examination shall have to appear compulsory in Interview (Viva-Voce).
10. Important Instructions for Candidate:
(1) As per decision of the Commission a candidate will be liable to be debarred from all examination if he submits wrong information in the application which can not be substantiated form his documents.
(2) If a candidate fills more than one application forms in his name for this examination, all the application forms shall be rejected.
(3) If a candidate sends more than one application in one envelope all the applications shall be rejected.
(4) Application received after the last date will not be entertained in any case.
(5) No change in category/centre is permissible after the receipt of application form in the office of the Commission.
(6) Incomplete or erroneous application not signed by the candidates even if received within time shall summarily be rejected.
(7) The commission may admit the candidate provisionally after summary checking of the application but if it is found at any stage that applicant was not eligible or that his/her application should have been rejected or was not entertainable at the time of initial checking, his/her candidature will be rejected and even if the candidate is recommended, the recommendation of the Commission shall be withdrawn.
(8) The candidature of such candidate who is subsequently found ineligible according to the terms laid down in advertisement will be cancelled, and there any claim for the examination will not be entertained. The decision of the Commission regarding eligibility of the candidate shall be final.
(9) The application / candidature will be rejected / cancelled if the application is not submitted on prescribed form, date of birth is not mentioned or wrong date of birth mentioned, over-age, under age, not fulfilling the minimum educational qualification and no signature under declaration in the format. No request shall be entertained in this respect.
(10) The Commission reserves the right of canceling the candidature of any candidate found indulging in any malpractice i.e. copying in examination hall or indiscipline, misbehavior or canvassing for his candidature. On violation of this instruction, the candidates may be debarred from this examination as well as for future examinations.
(11) Any change in the address of the candidate must promptly be communicated to the Commission by registered post.
(12) In all communications to the Commission, the candidate must mention the name of examination, advertisement No. date of birth of candidate, father's name, OMR form no. and also the roll No. if communicated.
(13) Candidates selected for appointment will have to undergo medical examination as required under the Rules.
(14) The debarred candidates from any Commission / Institution must not apply for the post.
(15) All applications will be acknowledged at the counter and at the time of presentation acknowledgement receipt must be obtained.
(16) The candidates must possess all the required and essential qualification for the posts, by the last date fixed for receipt of application form.
(17) The candidates must fill all the column of the application form clearly, on being illegible, ambiguous & suspicious, the application shall be rejected.
(18) For the question paper of two hours the examination timings is 9.30 a.m. -11.30 a.m. (first session) and 2.30 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. (Second session) For the question paper of three hours the examination timings is 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m. (first session) and 2.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. (Second session)
Special Note: The candidates of reserved category who want to appear in both (General and Special) the examinations, must apply for both examinations in different application form's. On the basis of one application form they shall not be entitled to appear in both examination.
