Mizoram PSC Recruitment 2015 for Middle School Teacher

Mizoram Public Service Commission, School Education Department has issued a notification for the recruitment of Middle School Teacher vacancies. Application forms are available in the office of Mizoram Public Service Commission, New Secretariat Complex, Aizawl and the Offices of Deputy Commissioners Lunglei. Eligible candidates may send their applications on or before 21.08.2015 from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.

Name of the Mizoram PSC Post : Middle School Teacher ( Contract Basis ).

No. of Vacancies in Mizoram PSC Middle School Teacher 2015 : 01 ( One ) post each for Govt. Nepali M/S Khatla & Gorkha M/S Kolasib.

Department : School Education Department.

Mizoram PSC Middle School Teacher Pay Scale 2015 : Rupee14,920 + 20% DA ( corresponding to PB – 2, Rupee9,300 – 34,800 + 4,400 GP ).

Mizoram PSC Middle School Teacher Educational Qualifications 2015 :

  1. Graduate Degree and above with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education ( by whatever name known ) from recognised University and approved by NCTE. Or Graduate Degree and above with at least 50% marks and 1 ( one ) year Bachelor in Education in ( B.Ed ) from recognised University and approved by NCTE. Or B.Sc ( Science & Mathematics ) and above atleast 50% marks with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education ( by whatever name known ) from recognised University and approved by NCTE. or. 1 ( one ) year Bachelor in Education ( B.Ed. ) from recognised University and approved by NCTE. Or Graduate at least 50% marks with 2 year Diploma in Education ( Special Education ) or B.Ed ( Special Education ) recognised by the RCI.
  2. Passed in Mizoram Teacher Eligibility Test Paper – II ( MTET – II ).
  3. Working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.
  4. For Nepali / Gorkha Middle School the candidates should posses Nepali as one of the subjects either in HSLC or HSSLC level.
  5. Relaxation upto 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Classes / Persons with Disabilities.

Age Limit for Mizoram PSC Middle School Teacher 2015 : He / She must have attained the age of 18 years but must not have exceeded the age of 35 years on the last date for submission of application ( 21.08.2015 ). Provided that the upper age limit may be relaxable upto a maximum of 5 years in respect of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe.

Mizoram PSC Middle School Teacher Application Fee 2015 : Rupee320/- ( or Rupee270/- for SC / ST / OBC applicants ) should be paid by cash at the Reception Counter of Mizoram Public Service Commission Office or by depositing into the treasury under the Head – 0051 – PSC, 102 – State PSC ( Examination Fee. etc ) or by uncrossed Indian Postal Order ( IPO ) drawn in favour of Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission. Certified copies of certificate and marksheet of academic record from HSLC and above and Tribal / Caste Certificate ( for SC / ST only ) should be submitted along with application form.
