Union Public Service Commission (Company Prosecutors, Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer)

1. Two Company Prosecutors, Grade - II

In The Ministry of Corporate Affairs. out of two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational:

Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.

B. Experience:

1. At least one year's experience of conducting cases in Criminal Court or dealing with Legal matters in Government or Quasi-Government Organization,
2. Knowledge of regional language of the Union where the vacancy exists.

Desirable:

1. Knowledge of Commercial Law.
2. Experience of conducting Company law cases,
3. Goverment Diploma in Company Secretaries.

Duties: Legal/Administration including High Court cases and Company Law Bench matters.

2. One Lecturer(Chinese) In National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune, Ministry Of Defence.

Qualifications: Essential: Educational:

1. Master degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University or equivalent,
2. Should have cleared the eligibility test for lecturers conducted by University Grants Commission/Council for Scientific and Industrial Research or similar test accredited by the University Grants Commission.

Note: The following are exempted from the requirement of Educational Qualification (ii) above,

1. The candidates who have passed National Eligibility Test Examination conducted by the University Grants Commission/Council for Scientific and Industrial Research for Junior Research Fellowship Award,
2. The candidates who have been awarded Ph.D or passed the M.Phil Examination by the date as specified in the latest notification of the University Grants Commission in this regard.

Desirable:

1. Proficiency in games / cultural activities,
2. Experience of Military Training/ National Cadet Corps / Scouting,
3. Proficiency in English in the concerned subject shall be essential.

Duties: In addition to their teaching assignment, the lecturers assist in the conduct of examinations, setting papers, marking answer scripts, perform invigilation duties and other examination related tasks.

They are also assigned various administrative duties such as Presiding Officer/Member of Board / Pay disbursement officer etc. The lecturers are required to participate and organize various extra curricular activities.

3. One Lecturer (French) in National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Ministry of Defence.

Essential: Qualifications, Desirable: Qualifications, Duties & Headquarters: Same As In Item No. 2 Above.

4. One Assistant Lecturer (Telecommunication Engineering) in Corps of Signals, Ministry of Defence. Civilians in Defence Services. the post is also suitable for Orthopaedically Handicapped persons.

Qualifications: Essential: Educational:

Second Class Degree in Telecommunication / Electronics / or allied subjects from a recognized University or equivalent. OR Second Class Master's Degree in Physics with Electronics or Wireless as special subject or Second Class Master's Degree in Mathematics from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable: Some teaching experience and knowledge of communication electronics equipment.

Duties : The incumbent will be required to teach subjects related to Telecom Engineering up to diploma level and other certificate level technical courses conducted in MCTE.

He will be responsible to guide the students in technical training/ other courses and will also undertake academic/administrative tasks as entrusted to him.
