6.Two Welfare Administrator in Labour Welfare Organisation, Ministry of Labour & Employment. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for SC candidates.
Qualifications : Essential :
Educational :
i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
ii) Post-graduate Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management of a recognised University/Institution or equivalent.
Desirable:
i) Two years experience of Labour Welfare Work/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management.
ii) Degree in Law of a recognised University or equivalent.
Duties : Formulation, implementation and supervision of Welfare measures subject to control and general supervision of the Welfare. Inspection under Mines Act. Financial & Administrative functioning to the extent powers have been delegated. Supervision of and carrying out the work of the organizations in the absence of the Welfare commissioner on tour etc as per latter’s directions.

It is notified for general information that the recruitment to the said post has been cancelled.

2.Nature of Post: All posts belong to General Central Service except otherwise mentioned.

3.Pay Scale & Classification: (Figures in bracket at the end of the pay scale indicate the total emoluments excluding CCA and HRA at the minimum of the scale).
a) Rs.10000-325-15200+NPA as admissible under rules(T.E. Rs.20,250/-+NPA) Group ‘A’ for the posts at S. Nos. 2,3, 4 & 5 above.
b) Rs.8000-275-13500(T.E. Rs.16200/-) Group ‘A’ for the posts at S.No.1.
c) Rs. 6500-200-10500/-(T.E. Rs.13163/-) Group `B`, Gazetted for the posts at S. No.6
Age Limit as on Normal Closing Date i.e. 27-09-2007
a) Not exceeding 45 years for the post at S. No.2,3,4 & 5
b) Not exceeding 35 years for the posts at S. Nos.1
c) Not exceeding 30 years for the posts at S. No.6
N.B.The age limit shown against all S. Nos. is normal age limit. The age is relaxable for SC candidates upto 5 years and upto 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Age is also relaxable for central/ut govt servants upto five years as per the instructions issued by govt of india from time to time. 6.Probation: The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule
7.The qualifications granted in United Kingdom shall be recognized medical qualification only when granted on or before 11.11.78. This shall apply to both EQ(i) and EQ(ii) above.
