UPSC Geologist Examination 2008UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination 2008 (UPSC IFS 2008) The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) holds a competitive Examination named Geologists Examination for recruitment to the posts of, Category I (i) Geologist (Junior), Group A (ii) Assistant Geologist, Group B in the Geological Survey of India. Category II (i) Jr. Hydrogeologist, Group A (ii) Assistant Hydrogeologist, Group B in the Central Ground Water Board (CGWB) at selected centres in India.
