3. Fee Payable: Rs.50/- No Fee for SC/ST/OH/VH
Mode of Payment:
The candidates should pay the fee by means of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps". These stamps are available at the counter of all departmental post offices of the country. These recruitment fee stamps may be pasted on the top left, hand corner of the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose.
These Recruitment stamps must be got cancelled from the counter clerks of any post office of issue with date stamp of issuing office in such a manner that the impression on the cancelled stamps partially overflows on the Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the identification of date and post office of issue at any subsequent stage. After getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidate may submit their application to the concerned Regional Office of the Commission in the usual manner after completing other formalities.
Note-I: Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Note-II: Fees paid by modes other than specified above will be forfeited and the applications of such candidates summarily rejected.
Note-III: Candidates may please note that non-cancellation of stamps from the concerned post office in the manner indicated above, may lead to rejection of his/her application form, so it is in the interest of candidates that they get the CRFS stamps cancelled from the concerned post office also.
4. Mode of Selection: Candidates fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualifications will be shortlisted on the-basis of their educational qualification, academic records, percentage of marks etc. or through a screening test. Candidates thus selected may be required to undergo a proficiency test wherever applicable. The Commission holds the discretion to fix different qualifying standards for different categories in the Proficiency Test wherever applicable. Final select list would be prepared in order of merit as disclosed by the aggregate marks (marks of Proficiency test wherever applicable and interview) finally awarded to each candidate taking into account number of vacancies advertised and in that order as many candidates as are found suitable by the Commission would be recommended.
Note: Mere fulfilling of minimum prescribed qualification will not entitle candidates to be called for the Screening Test/Proficiency Test/Interview.
5. How to Apply: Applications must be submitted in the form published along with this advertisement in the Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar, dated 26.01.2008. The applications may be typed out in double space or written in hand neatly, but format should be the same as published. Application should be accompanied by SC/ST Certificate.
