Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala Apprentice Recruitment 2013
Sub : Engagement of Course Completed Act. Apprentices as Substitutes in Pay band 5200-20200 Grade Pay 1800/- in Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala.
It has been decided to form a panel for filling up post in Grade Pay 1800/- as substitutes in RCF from Course Completed Act Apprentices who passed out in various trades in Technical Training Centre / RCF / Kapurthala of All India Trade Test.
(1) Eligibility for RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Jobs 2013 :
1.1 Qualifications for RCF Apprentice Vacancies 2013 : The candidates should have successfully completed Apprenticeship in terms of Apprentice Act 1961 and should have passed NCVT test from Technical Training School, Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala. They should possess certificates from NCVT in support of their having qualified as a Trade Apprenticeship.
1.2 Age Limit for RCF Apprentice 2013 :
The candidates should not below 18 years and above 33 years age at the time of engagement. Relexable : Upto 38 years for SC / ST, Upto 36 years for OBC.
1.3 The period rendered in training by the candidates during Act Apprenticeship will also be relaxable to the extent of the total duration of training subject to maximum of three years.
(2) Screening / Physical Efficiency Tests :
The candidates who fulfil the above conditions may report to Asstt. Personnel Officer-I, RCF / Kapurthala at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Stadium, Rail Coach Factory / Kapurthala for appearing in Screening and Physical Efficiency Tests before the Screening Committee on 12.07.2013 from 08.30 AM to 11.00 AM. The candidates reported after 11.00 AM will not be entertained.
2.1 The norms for RCF Physical Efficiency Test will be as under :
(A) Male Candidates :
- Should be able to lift & carry 35 Kg. of weight for a distance of 100 meter in 02 Minutes in one chance without putting the weight down and
- Should be able to run for a distance for 1000 meters in 04 minutes 15 seconds in one chance.
(B) Female Candidates :
- Should be able to lift and carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meter in 02 Minutes in one chance without putting the weight down and
- Should be able to run for a distance for 400 meters in 03 minutes 10 seconds in one chance.
2.2 Before appearing in the Screening & Physical Efficiency Tests, candidates will have to fill up the requisite application form available with Asstt. Personnel Officer-I at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Stadium / RCF on the date of Screening and Physical Efficiency Test.
2.3 Candidates should bring all original testimonials related to their educational and technical qualifications with proof of date of birth, caste etc. ( one set photocopy of above testimonials duly attested should be enclosed while submitting application form ).
2.4 Candidates will also bring two self signed recent passport size photographs, ( one for pasting on the application form and other for office record ).
2.5 The application forms for Rail Coach Factory 2013 duly filled by the candidates should be deposited with APO-I on the same date. After that the screening and Physical Efficiency Test will be done. The claim of candidate for engagement as Substitutes in Grade Pay 1800/- will not be entertained in the absence of the above application form.
(3) General Guidelines for RCF Recruitments 2013 :
3.1 Authority of candidates having completed training from TTC / RCF will be certified by Chief Instructor / TTC, RCF / Kapurthala available at the venue of Rail Coach Factory selection.
3.2 The candidates selected for appointment after qualifying both screening and physical efficiency test will be required to pass the prescribed medical examination before engagement as Substitutes in Grade Pay 1800/-
3.3 Any personal approach by the applicant or by his representative or any other authority on account of RCF Apprentice recruitment will summarily disqualify the applicant for consideration for engagement.
3.4 No Pass / TA / DA will be admissible for journey to and fro for attending this screening.
3.5 No residential accommodation will be made available to the candidates selected after appointment. The candidates will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation if they are selected and given appointment.
3.6 Candidates are advised to submit their original Educational & Technical qualification certificates for verification immediately with Ch.OS/CL-IV for further necessary action.
3.7 There is no guarantee for appointment since the process is only for formation of panel.
3.8 The Selected candidates can be posted as Substitutes in Grade Pay 1800/- in any of the department in RCF as per requirement.
