9. Application Enclosures: The following enclosures should be firmly stitched along with the application in the given order.

A. All enclosures must be either in English or in Hindi any certificate in regional language must be accompanied by attested translated version (in Hindi English). Applications without the requisite enclosures will be rejected.

B. Applicants must note the enclosures are an integral part of the application. If any of the above enclosures are sent separately or subsequent to the receipt of application or the enclosures not firmly stitched to application, the application will be rejected as incomplete.

C. All copies of certificates must be got attested by a gazetted officer, self attested certificates shall not be accepted.

10. Invalid Application: The application which suffer from any of the following deficiencies/irregularities will be summarily rejected.

i. Application applied for other RRB.

ii. Application & Personal Data Sheet not in the prescribed form/size. Incomplete/illegible/overwriting application or applications made on advertisement cutting of Newspaper.

iii. Unsigned and undated / without place application or signature written in block letters under signature column or on the photograph.

iv. Application without IPO/Bank draft of prescribed value or with IPO Bank Draft issued prior to the date of publication of employment notice.

v. Application without complete/proper enclosure or enclosure other than in Hindi/English or illegible enclosures.

vi. Without the photograph pasted on the application and signed below.

Vii. Without proper Caste / Service Certificate in respect of SC/ST/Ex-service man / Ex-Army men candidates. viii. Applications of under/over aged candidates.

ix. Application of candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria.

x. Applications received after the closing date and time.

xi. Without or illegible/smudged left thumb impression.

xii. Application found not to have been filled by the candidate himself in his own handwriting.

xiii. Without two identification marks.

xiv. Double application for the same post, will be rejected.

xv. Without declaration filled in own handwriting/Capital letters.

xvi. More than one application in one envelope.

xviii. Incorrect Date of Birth

xix. Without / Incomplete sample signature (3 each in Hindi & English)

xx. Original Certificate for vision & colour vision for category not enclose.

Note: No representation or correspondence shall be entertained regarding rejection and it shall not be obligatory on this RRB to inform the candidate about such rejection.

11. (a) The Candidature will be cancelled if a candidate submit duplicate application for the same post & category.

(b) The candidate will be debarred from all RRBs for the specified period/lifetime if

(i) A candidate submit duplicate form in different community for same post & category.
(ii) A candidate submit duplicate form with different photo (face) for same post & category.
(iii) A candidate submit duplicate form with different documents for same post & category.
(iv) A candidate using unfair means of impersonation during the examination.

11.(c) Candidates debarred by any of the RRBs for the periods failing during this notification and onwards need not apply, unless the period for which a candidate has been debarred expires before the closing date of publication of Employment Notice. If it is found by the RRB at any stage, such candidates will be treated disqualified without any notice.

12. Candidate Trying To Use Influence Or Unfair Means/ Copying/(Impression) Would Be Disqualified From Selection.

13. RRB May Hold Written Examination In Any City Other Than Allahabad. The centres allotted will be final and binding.

14. Decision Of RRB Is Final : The decision of RRB in all matters relating to eligibility, experience or rejection of the applications, issue of free Rail passes, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of written examination and interview, skill/aptitude/test, allotment of examination centre, selection, allotment of posts to selected candidates etc. will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained by the RRB in this regard. Any subsequent changes in terms and conditions of the Employment Notice as per extant rules will stand good and also be applicable to selections covered by this notice.

15. The Railway Recruitment Board is not responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

16. The Railway Recruitment Board is not responsible for any inadvertent error.

17. Request for change of any information once given in the application form shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

18. Any legal issues arising out of this Employment Notice shall fall within the legal jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal in Allahabad.
