IAF Direct Recruitment of Family Welfare Staff in Indian Air Force.
Indian Air Force applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for recruitment to civilian posts in the following Stations under Headquarters Training Command, IAF, JC Nagar Post, Bangalore – 560 006.

2. Eligibility for IAF Family Welfare Staff Civilian Posts :

|Lady Health Visitor ( LHV )||PB-1 5200 -20200 with GP 2800 /-||Essential :
Should be of matriculation standard and should have some special training after her basic Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery course unless she has done a course which has been specifically strengthened with regard to family planning and the social family planning health out look.
|Family Welfare Extension Educator ( FWEE )||PB-1 5200-20200 with GP 2800 /-||Essential :
Graduate with at least a year's experience in community / social work.
3. Age Limit ( As on the last date of receipt of explication ).
(a) LHV : 45 years and below ( Relaxable upto 50 years for Ex-MNS officers )
(b) FWEE : 30-45 years ( Relaxable upto 50 years for Ex-MNS officers )
4. Eligible candidates desirous of applying are to forward their Indian Air Force applications as per prescribed format with enclosures as mentioned below to the Air Force stations / units at addresses listed above :
(a) IAF Application as per given format duly typed in English on foolscap paper. Recent photograph ( Passport size 4.5 x 3.5 centimeters ) duly attested by Gazetted Officer to be pasted.
(b) Attested photocopies of certificates supporting Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience etc.
(c) Self-addressed stamped envelope of size 24×11 Centimeters.
(d) Any other documents supporting their candidature.
(e) The envelope containing the IAF application should be superscribed “Application for the post Separate application for each post should be forwarded.
5. Instruction to Candidates
(a) The last date for receipt of IAF application form is 21 days from the date of publication.
(b) Applications for Indian Air Force are to be forwarded only through Ordinary post to the respective Stations. IAF Applications sent through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier will not be accepted.
(c) Date / Time of Tests / IAF Interview to the eligible short-listed candidates will be instead candidates will be intimated by post.
(d) No TA / DA will be paid for attending the Test / Interview for IAF.
(e) Original certificates are not to be sent.
(f) Commanding Officer of the AF Station / Unit mentioned Para (1) has right to reject any incomplete IAF application without assigning any reasons. Screening of application will be carried out and the selected candidates will only be called for Indian Air Force interview.
