Indo Tibeten Border Police:

ITB -POLICE if a central police force which acts along with BSF.   The recruitment in this force is via written test and Physical fitness tests.

Yearly a few vacancies are allotted to each state. The ranks and files starts from Constable, Head Constable, sub inspectors, inspectors.

While the officers' ranks starts from Asst commandants. This is done through a Staff Selection All India Examination.

For Constables eligibility conditions are as follows:

				Trade / Aptitude Tests Written test Interview Medical
				Merit list.

Tests:  1.6 Km to be run under 6.5 minutes
Long Jump   11 feet
High Jump  3.5 feet

Trade Test:  Theory and Practical
Written test: Gen English and Mathematics, GK
